I have had several repairs as well as new installations from SM Pynn. Most recently they did a complete install of a 1/2 bathroom from rough plumbing to finish, and a kitchenette. Everything was done neat and clean, and on budget. I have also had the need for emergency repairs over the years and have always been satisfied with the quality of their work.

OMGOSH!! What amazing service! First of all Krista in the office was so kind and considerate in getting our problem fixed immediately. Our technician was here and gone in minutes getting everything taken care of. Two days before Thanksgiving and cannot say enough for what a wonderful experience this was! Thank you to such a fine company and I will be singing their praises for a long time.

5 is Not enough stars to give. This company is amazing! They go above and beyond to help you. One of the few companies left that doesn't price gouge you. I highly recommend them. I feel like we can finally start our life in our new home thanks to them. ❤️

Made an appointment for what I needed which was replacing the faucets in my bathroom. Got here for the appointment and was told they didn’t have enough time because they double booked. Then were extremely rude and didn’t want to work around the only day my wife could take off. Which is a Monday mind you. This is not the first time we have worked with them. I’m a women and could do it myself but I hurt my back. My father could also do it but he’s in his 80’s. My grandfather owned a company back in the day so we know it could have been done no problem. Matter of fact I took the wall off so they could get to the pipes. We know the job so I know it could have been done if they didn’t double book. And then to be rude to her for your mistake. My mother works for BBB knows what she is doing and who to contact. Apparently we need more women in this field. Most aren’t lazy.

I've used them a few times. They show up very fast and do very good, very efficient work. Have now had two separate pumps installed by them and both times it was a painless procedure. Plan to continue using them as time goes.

Very quick to respond.... very knowledgeable and professional... the job was more than expected yet these plumbers were experienced enough to know what to do and did the work without hesitation.. they even stopped back to ensure everything was good. Fair priced for the work... I can't express enough on their punctuation. They will be there when they say they will. I will not use any other plumber other than these guys! Five stars....
